Käferparade (Bug Parade) is a delightful and visually appealing puzzle game where players solve logical challenges by arranging colorful beetles on a meadow board. Featuring both solo and team play modes, this game is perfect for puzzle enthusiasts and families alike, offering a mix of strategy, creativity, and cooperative fun.
In the solo mode, players tackle logic puzzles by arranging six differently colored beetles (yellow, orange, red, blue, purple, and green) on their meadow board, guided by clues from task cards. The objective is to place the beetles on the board in such a way that they follow specific adjacency rules provided on the task cards.
The challenge increases with more difficult task cards, making this game ideal for building logic skills and offering hours of fun for solo players.
In team mode, 2–4 players solve puzzles individually while working together to accumulate points through flower chip rolls, making this a more interactive experience. Players try to complete their individual puzzles and then collaborate to cover meadow flowers with chips.
The team mode fosters collaboration and strategic thinking, making it ideal for family game nights or casual gatherings.
What truly sets Käferparade apart is its ability to engage players of all ages. Despite being recommended for ages 5+, my 3.5-year-old daughter, Milli, was able to grasp the rules and played solo through 20 task cards without any trouble! She was absolutely thrilled with the beetles and their colorful, easy-to-handle pieces, and I couldn’t be prouder of her for mastering the game at such a young age. Her ability to solve logic puzzles at her age is simply amazing, and watching her enjoy the game was such a rewarding experience. 💖
Julie:
Watching Milli engage with Käferparade all on her own fills me with so much pride. At just 3.5 years old, she’s solving puzzles and figuring out where each beetle goes by herself! It’s amazing to see her so focused and determined. I love that she’s enjoying this solo activity and truly immersing herself in the challenge. It’s so rewarding to watch her develop her problem-solving skills, and I’m constantly amazed by how incredible she is. These little moments are a beautiful reminder of her growth, and I couldn’t be prouder of my little puzzle expert!

I love the beetles! They’re so colorful and fun to move. I can play all by myself and find where they go! It’s like a big puzzle and I can do it! It gets trickier with each card but it’s fun!
